A Labourer (General Labourer / Construction Labourer) is a hands-on worker who performs physical tasks to support construction sites, factories, warehouses, landscaping, waste management, and other industrial operations. They assist skilled tradespeople, move materials, prepare sites, clean up, and perform basic manual tasks under supervision. This role exists across construction (residential, commercial, civil), manufacturing, warehousing, landscaping, demolition, waste management, agriculture, and general industrial settings. Labourers are the backbone of physical work — without them, skilled trades cannot function efficiently.
