How Well Do You Really Know Yourself?
Most people know certain things about themselves. But self-knowledge can be deeper than knowing your favourite food, hobbies or personality description. Try asking these reflection questions:
Questions 1-5
What problems do people naturally come to me to solve? What activities make me deeply engaged? What do I learn unusually quickly? What do I repeatedly notice that others overlook? What kind of work drains me?
Questions 6-10
What kind of work energizes me? What do I value most? What situations make me uncomfortable? What do I tend to avoid? What am I genuinely good at?
Questions 11-15
What do I need to improve? What feedback do I repeatedly receive? What have I done that I am proud of? What patterns appear across my childhood and adult life? What kind of contribution feels meaningful?
Questions 16-20
What skills do I currently possess? Which skills do I want to develop? What environments help me perform? What decisions have I made mainly because of other people's expectations? If I understood myself better, what decision might I make differently?
The Goal
These questions are not a psychological diagnosis. They are prompts for intentional reflection.
Development starts with self-awareness.
