A qualification generally demonstrates that a person has completed a recognised course of study, training or assessment.
Employability is broader.
It can include:

- experience

- adaptability
- problem-solving
- learning ability
- evidence
- professional behaviour
A qualification can open a door.
It does not necessarily demonstrate everything that happens after the door opens.
