Phase 1Years 1–3

Undergraduate Degree

  • Complete a degree in your chosen subject (e.g. Mathematics, English, Biology)
  • Maintain a strong academic record — most PGCE programmes require a 2:2 or above
  • Volunteer in schools during holidays to build experience
  • Join university education societies and mentorship programmes
  • Build confidence in public speaking and communication

Teacher Training
